User Policy PRDAO ‍ In these Terms of Use (“Terms”), the terms “PRDAO,” “the Company,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to PRDAO. We own and operate the website [PRDAO.io] (“the Site”) through which you may access the decentralized PRDAO app. This end user agreement should be read by you in its entirety prior to your use of PRDAO's service or products. Be aware that this Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and PRDAO. These Terms apply to you (“You”) as a user of the Site, including all the products, services, tools and information made available on the Site. By using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms. These Terms may be updated from time to time without notice to you, and will be available at PRDAO.io. In addition to these Terms of Use, we have established a Privacy Policy to explain how we collect and use information about you. Privacy Policy for PRDAO ‍ At PRDAO, accessible from www.PRDAO.io, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by PRDAO and how we use it. If you have additional questions or require more information about our Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact us. This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in PRDAO. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website. Consent ‍ By using our website, you hereby consent to this User Policy and agree to its terms. Information we collect ‍ The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide. When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number. How we use your information ‍ We use the information we collect in various ways, including to: Provide, operate, and maintain our website Improve, personalize, and expand our website Understand and analyze how you use our website Develop new products, services, features, and functionality Communicate with you, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the website, and for marketing and promotional purposes Send you email notifications Find and prevent fraud Log Files ‍ PRDAO follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information. Advertising Partners Privacy Policies ‍ You may consult this list to find the Privacy Policy for each of the advertising partners of PRDAO. Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on PRDAO, which are sent directly to users' browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit. Note that PRDAO has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers. Third Party Privacy Policies ‍ PRDAO's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options. You can choose to disable cookies through your individual browser options. To know more detailed information about cookie management with specific web browsers, it can be found at the browsers' respective websites. CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information) Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to: Request that a business that collects a consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers. ‍ Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.Request that a business that sells a consumer's personal data, not sell the consumer's personal data. ‍ If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us. ‍ Children's Information ‍ Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. ‍ PRDAO does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records. As part of the Site, PRDAO provides access to a decentralized finance/infrastructure application (“Application”) on the Algorand, Ethereum and Solana blockchains, that allows users of digital assets (“Digital Assets”) to transact using smart contracts (“Smart Contracts”). These smart contracts allow users to bridge a digital asset from one blockchain to another blockchain. Using the PRDAO platform may require that you pay fees, such as gas charges on the Algorand, Ethereum and Solana networks, to complete a transaction. You acknowledge and agree that PRDAO has no control over any Smart Contract, transactions, the method of payment of any transactions, or any actual payments of transactions. You must ensure that you have a sufficient balance of the applicable cryptocurrency tokens stored at your PRDAO Protocol-compatible wallet address (“Wallet”) to complete any transaction on the PRDAO or the Algorand, Ethereum or Solana networks before initiating such transaction. Connecting Digital Wallet When using the App, you may connect your digital wallet, such as, for illustration purposes only, MyAlgo or similar software (the “Digital Wallets”). PRDAO does not receive access to or control over your Digital Wallet, or virtual assets, including cryptocurrencies and other cryptographic tokens, such as, for example, SOL, ALGO, xSOL, or Eth (the “Virtual Assets”) held in such Digital Wallet. Therefore, you are solely responsible for securing your Digital Wallet and credentials thereto. You may disconnect your Digital Wallet from the App at any time. PRDAO is not responsible for, does not endorse, shall not be held liable in connection with, and does not make any warranties, whether express or implied, as to the Digital Wallets used by you with the Platform. When using Digital Wallets, you should review applicable terms and policies that govern your use of such Digital Wallets. ‍Important Disclaimers ‍ You hereby acknowledge and agree that PRDAO does not provide any custodial or similar services, custodial solutions or software, does not act as your agent or representative, and does not control or custody any of your funds or Virtual Assets. PRDAO shall not be responsible for or held liable in connection with any operation carried out by you, any other user or group of users in or with the use of the Smart-Contract Systems or the Platform, including any transfer, delivery, use, or storing of Virtual Assets. PRDAO shall not be acting as an intermediary in any transaction nor shall it be responsible for ensuring that any transaction made with the use of the Platform or otherwise on the blockchain is actually completed or performed. PRDAO does not control or influence the transactions on blockchain networks, and therefore is unable to cancel, reverse, block, or freeze any transactions conducted by you or any other user of the Platform or Smart-Contract Systems. PRDAO is not your broker, fund manager, or any intermediary to any broker or fund manager. Neither the Platform nor the Smart-Contract Systems or anything in these Terms shall be considered as broker and/or fund management services, or any intermediation services thereto. ‍ Neither the Platform nor PRDAO provides financial advisory, legal, regulatory, or tax services directly, indirectly, implicitly, or in any other manner, and you should not consider any content contained in these Terms, information or materials provided by PRDAO (or on our behalf) to be a substitute for professional financial, legal, regulatory, tax, or other advice. The Platform, including any information and materials available thereon, is not intended to constitute an offer of securities or Virtual Assets, or a solicitation for investment in or purchase of securities or Virtual Assets in any jurisdiction, nor is it intended to constitute a prospectus or offer document of any type. We do not provide any opinion or any advice to purchase, sell, or otherwise transact with Virtual Assets, and nothing communicated by us shall form the basis of, or be relied upon in connection with, any contract or investment decision. Please consult your own legal or financial advisor before making any decision, and always do your own research. Virtual Assets are extremely volatile which means that their value and applicable exchange rates may change dramatically in a very short time depending on various factors and forces. Furthermore, the composition of Virtual Assets supplied to certain Third-Party Services (as defined below), whether through the App or otherwise, may change, their value may go up or down, or drop significantly. PRDAO shall not be responsible for or held liable in connection with any damages or losses that you may incur as a result of or in connection with the change in the composition, value or price of your Virtual Assets. PRDAO’s Algorand Standard Asset, $HIVE, is not available for traders/users of the United States of America, for a citizen of any country that is on the sanctioned list, and for a citizen of any country where crypto tokens are currently prohibited. Usage (buying/trading/holding) of the $HIVE by any individual from the above-mentioned countries constitutes a breach of contract and a violation of the PRDAO’s Terms and Conditions. ‍ Risk of using the site or App ‍ At any time, your access to your Digital Assets may be suspended or terminated or there may be a delay in your access or use of your Digital Assets which may result in the Digital Assets diminishing in value or you being unable to complete a Smart Contract. As a condition of using the Site, PRDAO or the App, you understand and agree that you assume all risk in connection with your access and use of the Site, the Application and the Smart Contracts and that you expressly waive and release PRDAO or its staff or members from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, or damages arising from or in any way related to your use of the Site, the Application or the Smart Contracts. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PRDAO and its officers, directors, employees, parents, partners, successors, agents, distribution partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their related companies from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, obligations, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of, related to, or that may arise in connection with: your access to or use of the Site; any actual or alleged violation or breach by you of these Terms; any actual or alleged breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant that you have made to us; or your acts or omissions. You agree to cooperate fully with us in the defense of any claim that is the subject of your obligations hereunder. Risk You understand that the Algorand, Etehreum, Solana, and all other supported blockchains are new technologies which are still in development. Further, the technology to bridge these blockchains is younger than even the blockchains themselves, and all technologies used with the PRDAO platform or App remain under development. This may create technological and security risks when using the Services in addition to uncertainty relating to digital assets and transactions therein. By using the PRDAO website and services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with any financial transaction. These risks include, but are not limited to, volatility in the value of digital assets, regulatory changes, and the potential for hacking or fraud.You understand that any investments made through PRDAO are not guaranteed and may result in a loss of your principal investment. You accept that you are solely responsible for any financial decisions made and any losses that may occur as a result of your use of PRDAO's products and services.PRDAO shall not be liable for any losses or damages of any kind arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. By using the PRDAO website and services, you represent that you have read, understand, and accept the terms of this Risk Disclaimer and agree to be bound by its terms. Taxes It is your (the users) responsibility to determine what, if any, taxes apply to the payments you make or receive, and to collect, report, and remit the correct tax to the appropriate tax authority. PRDAO will make any tax withholdings or filings that we are required by law to make, but we are not responsible for determining whether taxes apply to your transaction, or for collecting, reporting, or remitting any taxes arising from any transaction. We encourage you to speak with your personal tax advisor regarding the tax implications of your use of the Site and Services. Good Faith By using PRDAO you are agreeing that you are conducting transactions in good faith without intent to harm anyone including the platform itself. You also acknowledge that you are not using the platform on behalf of or to fund a terrorist organization as defined by the European Union or the United States of America.
